You can ask us to delete your account in any GainWells app, together with the personal data linked to it.
How to request deletion
- Email info@gainwells.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete my account”.
- Tell us which app the account is in.
- We will confirm your request and delete your account within 30 days.
If the app has a “Delete account” option in its settings, you can also use that.
What we delete and what we keep
We delete your account, profile and the personal data linked to it. We may keep limited records for longer where the law requires it, such as purchase and accounting records, which are kept for the period required by law and then deleted.
