- Seed financing round in which USD100,000 will be raised against 10% of the company’s equity (class B shares) to produce the prototype, the minimal viable product and to gain traction. The minimum investment is USD10,000 per investor (open now).
- Series A financing round in which USD400,000 will be raised against 20% of the company’s equity (class B shares) to produce all packages. The minimum investment is USD50,000 per investor (not open).
