2. Use of our website and Apps
You may use our website and Apps only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You must not misuse them, interfere with their operation, try to access them in ways we have not authorised, or use them to send unlawful, harmful or infringing content.

If you create an account, you must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time; see how to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
4. Purchases
If an App offers paid features, prices are shown before you buy. Purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are processed by them under their terms, including their refund policies, and subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your store account settings.
5. Intellectual property
The content, design, trademarks and software of our website and Apps belong to GainWells or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Apps on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse engineer them except as the law allows.
6. Information on this website
Information on this website is for general purposes only and is not professional, financial or investment advice. Services are provided under separate written agreements with clients.
7. Availability
We may change, suspend or stop any part of our website or Apps at any time. We do not guarantee that they will always be available or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
Our website and Apps are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, GainWells is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. App store terms
If you downloaded an App from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and GainWells, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the App must also comply with the App Store’s usage rules. If you downloaded an App from Google Play, Google Play’s terms also apply.

11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
