Challenge
Many service businesses, such as online schools and advisory firms, first hear from customers through Messenger, Instagram or WhatsApp. Those messages land in separate apps on separate phones. Staff lose track of who replied, and conversations never reach the business's own CRM.
Publishing was split too. Posts and stories for Facebook and Instagram were handled by hand, one account at a time.
GainWells wanted one system it could run for clients. It had to connect a business's channels securely, give a team one place to reply and post, pass messages to the client's own software, and bill each workspace on a clear plan.
Approach
- 01
Start from a proven core. We built 10X Station on a messaging system we had already built and tested, with GainWells branding and legal pages.
- 02
Connect channels safely. A Page admin opens a single-use link and connects a Facebook Page and its Instagram account. WhatsApp numbers connect through Meta's Embedded Signup, including numbers already used in the WhatsApp Business app.
- 03
One shared inbox. Messenger, Instagram and WhatsApp messages arrive in one inbox, where authorised staff reply within Meta's messaging rules.
- 04
Forward to the client's own system. Each message can be sent on to the client's CRM as a signed webhook, with retries. Replies can come back through a signed API.
- 05
Schedule posts and stories. Teams write once and publish to a Facebook Page, its Instagram account or both, as posts, photos, videos, carousels, reels or stories.
- 06
Accounts and billing. Businesses sign up, verify email, invite their team and choose a plan, with a free trial and subscription billing through Stripe.
- 07
Protect the data. Access tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest, logs never store message text, and data deletion requests are handled automatically.
Outcome
10X Station runs at app.10xstation.com. A business can connect its Facebook Page, Instagram account and WhatsApp number, then answer every customer from one inbox. The same portal schedules posts and stories across Facebook and Instagram.
Client systems can take messages through the signed API, so enquiries land where a team already works. Plans, trials, team invites and data deletion are all built in.
The 10xStation CRM plugin for WordPress, built first for Premiers, carries the same brand. It is a separate product that handles form leads, email and pipelines on WordPress sites.
