Challenge
Premiers serves international investors, in English and Arabic. Its WordPress site collects enquiries, but it had technical gaps. The Arabic homepage pointed its canonical at the English one. The sitemap listed dead pages. Titles ran long, headings were duplicated and many images had no alt text.
Leads were scattered too. Enquiries came through site forms and a separate Fillout form, with no single record per person. Follow-up was manual. There was no pipeline to show who had enquired, what they asked or who needed a reply next.
The brand needed one place for every lead, with follow-up that ran on time in both languages.
Approach
- 01
Audit first. We crawled every English and Arabic page and ranked the issues by severity, from canonicals and sitemaps to schema, headings and images.
- 02
Fix the critical and high items live. We corrected the Arabic canonical, cleaned the sitemap, replaced a stale llms.txt, added x-default hreflang and BlogPosting schema, and rewrote titles and descriptions in both languages.
- 03
Plan the CRM as a product. We wrote a full plan for a standalone WordPress plugin, 10xStation CRM, so Premiers is configuration rather than custom code.
- 04
Capture every lead in one record. The plugin takes submissions from six form plugins, site registrations, signed webhooks such as Fillout, and CSV imports. It matches people by email or phone and keeps one timeline per contact.
- 05
Build bilingual email. A block editor holds English and Arabic versions of each template, with merge tags, previews, test sends, branded headers and footers, tracking and one-click unsubscribe.
- 06
Automate follow-up. A visual builder runs flows such as "when an enquiry arrives, send this, wait, then check", with branches, goals and a log of each contact's path.
- 07
Add pipelines and channels. Deals move across a drag-and-drop board with a funnel report. WhatsApp Cloud API messaging, segments and double opt-in sit alongside email.
- 08
Keep it reliable. The plugin runs its own job queue, so scheduled work stays on time without a server cron. Every phase shipped with automated tests, and a checklist covers installation on the live site.
Outcome
The site's technical basics are now sound. A re-crawl confirmed one H1 per page, self-referencing canonicals, x-default hreflang on every page, and alt text on every content image. Posts published later by the automated blog pipeline picked up the same fixes without extra work.
Premiers now has 10xStation CRM, a WordPress plugin that brings every lead into one bilingual contact database. Each lead can enter a pipeline stage, receive branded emails and follow an automated sequence. The plugin was built and tested on a full copy of the site and is packaged for installation with a step-by-step go-live checklist.
