GainWells (Ltd) announced today the launching of its new private equity fund, set to begin closing transactions by the end of this year. The private closed-ended mutual fund will focus on real estate investments across the Asia Pacific region. The launching of the funds marks a new phase in the growth of GainWells (Ltd) and will leverage its experience in the real estate investment industry as it steadily manages and grows the fund.

The Fund aims to deliver a portfolio of real estate projects with minimal risk profiles and competitive returns that are both scalable and sustainable. This means looking at not only traditional residential real estate projects, but also niche assets such as hospitality or commercial properties across the region.
