GainWells establishes Nuven group in Indonesia

GainWells (Ltd), an investment management and consulting firm, announced today the launching of Nuven group in Indonesia. With the establishment of its private equity fund earlier this year, Nuven group will be used as a vehicle to invest in the real estate industry in Indonesia.

Dr. Amr Hussien, CEO and founder of GainWells (Ltd) stated,

“This is a monumental moment in the history of GainWells. We have worked tirelessly over the past few months for this accomplishment and we are pushing forward for more success.”

This comes at a time where real estate is in high demand in the crowded city of Jakarta, with urbanization fast on the rise. Indonesia is currently facing a housing backlog of 11 million units.

“We are currently working on several real estate projects in Jakarta and the establishment of Nuven group will expedite and ease the process. We are very excited for the future and what it has in store for us. GainWells is also very close to establishing our holding company in the United Kingdom.”

One of the projects currently in development is the Apple Residences, a sustainable, integrated development which features a cozy mezzanine styled apartment with a stunning facility area that bespeaks quality and elegance.

The Apple Residence is an innovative concept which solves the space deficiency in the crowded capital city. Its high, five-meter ceiling provides tranquility within the home. The new Apple concept is sure to spread all over Jakarta, occupying the small available land spaces to provide innovative studio apartment clusters for everyone. Apple 2 is currently being conceptualized and will incorporate a fully integrated smart home.

This project was initiated by a joint venture between GainWells and DiamondLanD Development, a highly reputable real estate company with over 20 successfully completed residence projects, and a growing name in the region.

Investors should take note that the return-on-investment of the project is calculated at 80% over a payback period of 3.7 years while offering 30% in internal rate of return, which is a lucrative offer for those who wish to tap into one of the fastest emerging markets globally.
